We had the best sales experience at Zappone’s! We stopped in to look at some options and talk some numbers! Vern greeted us and showed us some available options for what we were looking for! We sat down and went over some numbers! Matt came out and introduced himself to us! We decided to go home and think about it! Not once did Vern or Matt make us feel pressured to make a decision and respected we wanted a night to think about it! Most car dealers pressure you to make a decision right then and there and are very pushy! Zappones definitely is not like those dealerships! The next day I reached out to Matt to talk over some numbers! We quickly agreed on the sale! Vern reached out to get the info he needed to make the pickup up process easy, & it was exactly that! We showed up at 5pm and our new jeep was shiny and ready for us! We went over some paperwork with Vern and then Tyler helped us with finalizing paperwork! It was so organized and quick! Within a half hour we were on our way with our new vehicle! Matt, Vern & Tyler were all so great to work with and making what could be a stressful day so easy for us! Thank you all so much!
