Very positive experience. Logan was the sales representative that helped us. We told him what we were looking for, and he had it there later that day. We test drove it, fell in love but I told Logan it was about $10k more than I wanted to spend. Logan had another car there within 3 hours. We made the deal and everyone was happy. Highly recommend

The staff at Don Franklin Monticello by far offers straight forward - no games - deals…. I made a phone call to Floyd, he shot me the price, put the deal on paper and it was done. I drove from middle TN (3.5 hrs) and took delivery in less than an hour. Gave me the best trade allowance, and lowest out the door price. I honestly cant say that about the Somerset location. I started with them first.. it was game after game, the salesperson (I won’t call him out) at the Somerset, KY location would not honor the online price (said the internet price was only for KY residents) The best thing about Don Franklin Monticello by far is the super friendly staff and ability to save you money. They beat out 8 other dealerships in 3 states. Plus, they can get you any make of vehicle sold by the Don Franklin family of dealerships.. Don’t waste your time shopping around - start here first. Ask for Floyd! As far as those folks at the Somerset location- I told you I would buy elsewhere- you missed out on a sale because you like playing games!!

Great service quick getting in and out with appointment friendly. Had to return due to fluids not all filled Anti freeze and power steering. They were very apologetic and got me on the road in no time.
