Service was great. Only question I have concerns your oil change package. Why do you impose an expectation date? An oil change is not a perishable product. So if my i8car does not require an oil change before the third service , why must I take it in or lose a service I have already paid for? I just bought a service package today, but I lost my previous one because of the expiration date.
