I made the drive down from Phoenix to view/test drive the car and truly their customer service was excellent, the process was super smooth and the even better deal I got was definitely worth the drive. Orlando and Jonathan were both extremely informative, very professional and just awesome from the moment I inquired about the car to now.  10/10 overall, financing was also very smooth and easy. Service was great. Only question I have concerns your oil change package. Why do you impose an expectation date? An oil change is not a perishable product. So if my i8car does not require an oil change before the third service , why must I take it in or lose a service I have already paid for? I just bought a service package today, but I lost my previous one because of the expiration date.

My husband and I were traveling from Texas back home to California.  My Jeep Patriot overheated on the highway 50 miles outside Tucson at 4 AM - definitely not something you want to happen while 500 miles from home!  We had the Jeep towed to Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson; I did not trust my car repairs to just any random shop in the area.  Michael Maxwell, my service advisor, did everything he could do to get us back on the road that day.  The Jeep needed a new upper radiator hose, as well as both thermostats replaced, and a full system flush and coolant fill.  Despite the service department being fairly busy, Michael was able to get the parts and have all the work done by mid-afternoon.  We were able to get on the highway in time to get home that night - which was a good thing because I had to be at work the next morning.  I'm very grateful that Michael and Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson were there when I needed them!!

I came from out of state for the great price and was very happy with the service received. The overall communication throughout the process was very helpful being out of state.
