Doug in the service department always takes the time to ask if there’s anything going on with my jeep that Pearson can help me with. He’ll also suggest cost saving benefits, such as their oil change program. Doug makes me feel like I’m leaving the maintenance of my jeep in good hands. I feel safe depending on Doug and the rest of the team in Pearson’s maintenance department. They always offer me a ride, if I’m leaving my jeep and they have a very comfortable waiting area with refreshments.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Pearson CDJR and from salesman Wayne Mott. Our first purchase of a new Jeep Wrangler from Wayne was such a good experience we came back to see him again looking for a truck. Again, it was a great experience. Working with Wayne is not like any typical car buying experience. He is very laid back, upfront, no pressure, and incredibly helpful. Finishing the purchase in finance was very transparent, quick, and easy. We are super pleased with both purchases from Pearson. I highly recommended Wayne at Pearson and you won’t be disappointed.

Everyone at the Dealership was Fantastic they were all so helpful especially Lauren she was great she was on the phone with me 3 weeks ahead of time looking for the right truck! She took her time looking with me no matter how many times I called and she helped me find the right Truck she even took care of all the paperwork for me so all I had to do was come in and sign and drive away so Happy ???? so I truly appreciate and recommend Pearson for your next vehicle??
