Doug in the service department always takes the time to ask if there’s anything going on with my jeep that Pearson can help me with.  He’ll also suggest cost saving benefits, such as their oil change program.  Doug makes me feel like I’m leaving the maintenance of my jeep in good hands.  I feel safe depending on Doug and the rest of the team in Pearson’s maintenance department.  They always offer me a ride, if I’m leaving my jeep and they have a very comfortable waiting area with refreshments.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Pearson CDJR and from salesman Wayne Mott. Our first purchase of a new Jeep Wrangler from Wayne was such a good experience we came back to see him again looking for a truck. Again, it was a great experience. Representatives were very courteous and friendly.  My auto service (oil change and tire rotation) was completed promptly while I waited.  I think the service cost was reasonable based on other estimates.  The only issue I had was with making the appointment.  I submitted a request via their website form and did not receive a prompt response; I did get a prompt response after calling, though, so that is my recommendation.
