We are from out of state (Florida) but found the car we wanted in Rochester, NY Bob Johnson Lexus. They worked with us and finally made arrangements to take the auto train up and back with our new car. Everyone was professional and friendly throughout our purchase. Jody the tech person took time explaining the working of the new plug in NX450h+ to us which had to be a challenge to two older people. She was super. Thank you all.

I give Bob Johnson & Art Chase 10 stars! I went in to lease a Nissan Sentra and learned in the process I had an invalid title. This situation turned into the most convoluted hot mess you could imagine. Bob Johnson and Art went way far above and beyond . . . holding my car for 2 months and and helping me secure my new title!
