Great service, with a smile! Don at Washington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram were helpful in getting me a quote for tires that met my needs. When I got there a little early on a Wednesday morning, they got me in and out with the new tires and oil change in no time flat! I recently special ordered a Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Donnie Grady at Washington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. (Donnie came highly recommended by a mutual friend, even though his dealership is a state away from where I live.) We executed the entire transaction by phone and email. The whole process was seamless, from start to delivery of the Jeep, through to after delivery follow up. Donnie was professional, kind, easy going, thorough, and consistent .... SUCH a blessing!!!! This dealership is so fortunate to have a loyal employee like Donnie! I can't report in on my Jeep quite yet because I received it and then left town, but she surely is lovely sitting safely in my garage!!!
