So incredibly happy with our experience down at McGovern Jeep we had today! My fiancé’s car was totaled yesterday and left us needing a new car quick. It has been a very long time since I left a car buying experience feeling positive about everything ! I loved the people, the deal, the atmosphere, and the exceptional customer care. It was just what I needed after a ridiculously bad online car buying experience. It all started with my initial contact through Angelina, or as I like to call her, my angel. After the bad online experience, I set out to find a car locally. They had just what I wanted (2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited in my favorite color), and she assured me the experience would be pleasant, professional, and dare I say even fun. She was the pleasant , friendly voice I needed. I can't stress enough how instrumental her genuine warmth and initial phone friendly attitude was as the catalyst for good things to come as she set up my initial appointment! When we arrived at the dealership, I made sure to show my appreciation for her when I first walked in. She needed to know how much I appreciated her kindness, and everyone else in the dealership heard me "shout" her praises. People need to hear they are appreciated, as the world seems so focused on the negative. From there I went to the salesperson Jordan Rodriguez. He was another breath of fresh air, pleasant, professional, caring and well-informed. There was no pressure, easy going and actually listened to what I was saying. He knew what I was there for, and also told me how he enjoyed the Jeep he had been driving for a while. Test drive was low key, low pressure, and he stepped up to get me the car delivered when I could not pick it up from Littleton myself. And even after the sale, I am about to go back today and get an owners manual that he had printed up just for me. Wonderful salesman, only been there a short time, but already an asset, friendly customer service personified. As we all know financing can be the most stressful annoying part of the process when buying a car in person. After a brief concern about my larger planned down payment being tied up in online car internet purgatory, "Big Bill" stepped in and stepped up to get me an optimal rate, all the gap and parts insurance I felt I needed, and still kept the monthly payments where I wanted them ...AND with just a thousand down instead of the original planned 5K. He also was friendly, enthusiastic and a joy to work with during the process. I walked out that day feeling great, and with a great deal in place. Jordan took pics of small blemishes I requested to be detailed over the next 24 hours, and then after not being able to get to the original pick up time, Jordan brought the car to me and delivered it just as the picture shows. I cannot share enough how opposite this was from my negative car buying experiences with two other online places. My summary is simply this, go here if you want a good, fair friendly deal when you find the car here you seek, and enjoy the family like experience of buying it here !!
We had a wonderful experience at McGovern Dodge! Bart was our point person and he communicated with us throughout the entire process and was kind, understanding and patient! Our caravan needed a completely new engine, which was under warranty thankfully, and Bart handled the whole process seamlessly. To make it even better, when we went to pick up our van they had free tacos outside from Lalo‘s. They were absolutely delicious! Thank you for everything!
