2026 Chevrolet Silverado HD

I recently purchased our third vehicle from Battlefield Ford (and fifth overall from the Battlefield Group). Their sales and service people have always been top shelf and Jerry Warren, the salesman for this purchase, was no exception. Even though I was buying one of the cheapest used vehicles on the lot, it could have been one of the most expensive as far as Jerry's service was concerned. He was personable, knowledgeable and easy to deal with (he also went the extra mile in checking out a price issue in my favor). After I got home, I discovered a problem with the radio. Although it was an after-market radio--so not really Ford's problem--I called Jerry to see if Battlefield could troubleshoot it. Without hesitation, he had me set up a service appointment. The service tech found the problem, repaired it, and even came in under the estimate. All in all, our usual great experience with Battlefield.

Battlefield Ford has been exceptional with service from my experience. From the time I roll in, my comfort and concerns are their priority. I’m given updates while my vehicle is being serviced and kept in the loop with any issues. They provide water, tea, and coffee for me while I wait which usually isn’t very long. They make you feel like family!!

I’m jumping on the 4.7 star bandwagon! We could not have had a better experience with this service center. We happened upon the dealership on our RV trip to have someone take a quick look while our Ford chassis RV was still under warranty. While I had to leave the vehicle the customer service was exceptional!!! Ty Mr. Dubois??
