2026 Lexus RX 350 350 Premium AWD

My husband and I just bought a 2024 Lexus RX350h from Berlin City Lexus and it was the best car buying experience that we have had. We have been waiting since February 2023 for the 24 model which we finally received on December 30, 2023. We had the best experience with Glenn Gaitor. He listened to all our wants and helped us get there. He never pressured us and just wanted us to feel comfortable with the decision we were making. We asked Glenn if at all possible when the car came in if they could please keep it inside until we could pick it up to bring it home on a flatbed so that it never touched the salted roads before my husband would be able to under coat it. And Glenn did made sure to keep it inside and that meant a lot to us. Thank you to Glenn and everyone else who made this a great experience. Elizabeth West was also very helpful to me when setting up the new car when Glenn was busy with another customer. They all are ready to help each other when needed and that is what I call great teamwork. We also own an auto repair shop and buy our dealer parts from all the Berlin City dealerships recently and the customer service in all the departments at Berlin City are pleasant to deal with. We are very pleased with the car we bought and I can’t wait to drive it!!

I went to get routine maintenance on my car today and was helped by Brittney who went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible for me. She was super helpful, friendly and had excellent customer service. I will for sure be coming back to Lexus of Portland.
