Staff was professional, friendly, and explained the recommended service without preasure to commit. I was able to work remotely while waiting for my service to complete. The second floor is beautiful, is a waiting lounge and another room with several desks having electrical outlets for working remotely. Afterwards, received a video from the mecanic explaining maintenance on my car. Definely recommend this dealership for service.

Very good experience overall. Eric Soto was my sales consultant. He was very professional, patient, informative, and knowledgeable. He took his time to help me find the best vehicle that “fits me”. He’s a calm guy with a very positive attitude, I did not feel pressured by him which made it super comfortable me to decide that I want to stay at this Lexus Dealership. I spoke to Nick the manager who answered all my questions & also kept in contact with me. Nick is very knowledgeable and also made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I’m very big on great customer service & Eric Soto & Nick’s level of customer service was excellent! I’m very excited with my purchase here at New Country Lexus of Great Neck. I been to other Lexus dealerships but did not get the same experience as I did here. I highly recommend you doing business here I traveled two hours with no regrets.

Always professional and prompt. I had an exhaust issue on an older model and they expedited parts and repair within a day. I love and support good indie shops and there is an added premium for dealerships of course, but I trust New Country's service department to do things right and do things quickly and stand behind their work.
