2026 Lexus RX 350

Can't say enough about my experience at Prestige Lexus of Ramsey. If there was a 6th Star I would give this dealership a 6+ After visiting different Auto Malls & Dealerships in the area for a few weeks, my frustration was on another level. The hidden fees, the dishonesty, and back and forth was surreal. I wanted to buy my daughter a vehicle before she went back to USC. The day before she was heading back to school we planned a visit Prestige Lexus to give it one last shot. A friend of mine reffered me to the salesman Steven Glenwick. I spoke to Steven on the phone and told him what I was in the market for. He was patient, thorough, and told me he would walk the pre - owned lot and inspect the vehicle I was interested in. He called me back with a perfectly accurate description of the vehicle and even took the time to text me some photos of any minor imperfection that could have been of concern. We went to the dealership, and honestly, I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, this was certainly one of my best experiences. Everything went so smooth, with our salesman Steven, the finance team, and everyone involved. I just can't say enough about the transparency and level of comfort I received at this dealership. Lastly, their extended warranty is a must! I will refer and be back to this dealership and not shop anywhere else.

I just bought a NX350H this Saturday and J.R. Vega was amazing! He had patience with my high demands and treated my husband and I with such professionalism and respect. I am SOOO happy with my car! The gentleman that gave me a walk through on how to operate my vehicle was amazing as well but I can't remember his name. Go check them out! You won't be disappointed!
