Can't say enough about my experience at Prestige Lexus of Ramsey. If there was a 6th Star I would give this dealership a 6+ After visiting different Auto Malls & Dealerships in the area for a few weeks, my frustration was on another level. The hidden fees, the dishonesty, and back and forth was surreal. I wanted to buy my daughter a vehicle before she went back to USC. The day before she was heading back to school we planned a visit Prestige Lexus to give it one last shot.  A friend of mine reffered me to the salesman Steven Glenwick.  I spoke to Steven on the phone and told him what I was in the market for. He was patient, thorough, and told me he would walk the pre - owned lot and inspect the vehicle I was interested in. He called me back with a perfectly accurate description of the vehicle and even took the time to text me some photos of any minor imperfection that could have been of concern. We went to the dealership, and honestly, I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, this was certainly one of my best experiences. Everything went so smooth, with our salesman Steven, the finance team, and everyone involved. I just can't say enough about the transparency and level of comfort I received at this dealership. Lastly, their extended warranty is a must! I will refer and be back to this dealership and not shop anywhere else.

I just bought a NX350H this Saturday and J.R. Vega was amazing! He had patience with my high demands and treated my husband and I with such professionalism and respect. I am SOOO happy with my car! The gentleman that gave me a walk through on how to operate my vehicle was amazing as well but I can't remember his name. Go check them out! You won't be disappointed!

I have to say that I am beyond appreciative for Prestige Lexus in Ramsey. I found the perfect car for me and everything was seamless! From the call first thing in the morning as soon as they opened, I received a call to confirm that the car was in fact available and arrangements were made for me to come in around my availability. As soon as I got here, not only was the entire dealership clean and pristine, but the staff were incredibly friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Roach, who made my entire experience so easy and enjoyable! Based on precious experiences at other car dealerships, I was expecting to spend the entire day here. The most incredible thing did happen and I was barely here for 2 hours! Even more amazing, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get my rental back in time, which I was worried about. The next best thing happened, Thomas offered to help me and would work with me to return the rental car! What GREAT and professional service!! Strongly recommend coming here for your car needs. Not only are the cars beautiful, but the staff are so incredibly easy to work with!!!
