I loved this experience. It’s the first time I have ever bought a car where I loved the experience. Martin was so patient and helpful. Going the extra mile for me. Explaining everything to me. He is amazing. I can’t say enough things about him that are wonderful. I cannot remember the man who gave me all the paperwork, but he was great too. I love my car. It’s beautiful. Made an appointment to view a specific car. They had it ready to go when we got there. The car was priced on the upper end of fair range but it was very difficult to negotiate a lower price. I would have felt better if they worked with me a little more on the price. Still, I didn't overpay for the car, just know they may be very challenging to negotiate with. The financing was very competitive, they were willing to match my pre-approval amount. Staff was courteous throughout the process. As long as you pay attention to the charges on the invoice, you can easily leave the dealership without any paying for any nonsense extras and fees (they will try to add them but its easy to say no). Overall it was a good experience, I bought a car that I love, and I felt pretty good about the price I paid for it.
