Made an appointment to view a specific car. They had it ready to go when we got there.
The car was priced on the upper end of fair range but it was very difficult to negotiate a lower price. I would have felt better if they worked with me a little more on the price. Still, I didn't overpay for the car, just know they may be very challenging to negotiate with.
The financing was very competitive, they were willing to match my pre-approval amount.
Staff was courteous throughout the process. As long as you pay attention to the charges on the invoice, you can easily leave the dealership without any paying for any nonsense extras and fees (they will try to add them but its easy to say no).
Overall it was a good experience, I bought a car that I love, and I felt pretty good about the price I paid for it.

Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I did feel a little shaking in my way home so I'll monitor that, but for now good review. Service was also very good. I was helped by several people and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would give the experience five stars if they threw in a car wash. I know that sounds a little entitled, but it's a nice touch and five stars are reserved for those that go above any beyond. 4-stars for covering all the basics and doing it well.

Recently bough my new 2024 Prius prime and popped a tire today. Frontier was very nice from the purchase the other day from fixing my tire today. I have been here before on other tire related issues since I commuted a lot before and they were always friendly, and very attentive.
