I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with this car dealership. The level of service we received was exceptional. Our Sales representative Clive was an absolute pleasure to work with. He greeted us with keys in hand showing us our new car. Clive wanted to make sure the vehicle fit our criteria. Clive was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in ensuring that we left with the perfect car for us. Mr. Clive went above and beyond helping me setup all the things inside the car (by this time they had been closed for an hour). Clive stay with me and made sure Clive answered any questions I may have without rushing us out of the dealership. Clive even made sure i got the specific floor mats days later because the parts department was already closed he wasn’t only my sales person but we became friend & even recommended some products to me so I can keep my car looking ???? like it came off the show floor The finance guy Greg made the financing process a breeze. He thoroughly explained all our options and made sure we understood every aspect of the financing agreement. And was so fast. Greg's professionalism and efficiency were truly impressive. What really stood out to us was the family treatment we received throughout our entire experience. Every member of the team we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. They were not pushy at all, and everything they said was clear and easy to understand. Overall, our experience with this dealership was nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a new vehicle. I worked with Caroline today and had a very specific need both in new vehicle requirements and trade in value for my car. It was a big transition for me that I’ve been nervous to make. She thoughtfully wrote every detail, communicated with management quickly to make sure we could move forward without wasting hours of my time looking at eye candy, and she was very straight forward with me. She didn’t push anything else on me to make a better commission. She kept straight with what I was looking for and I walked away very happy with the deal I received, the smooth process of purchasing, and not having to deal with any pushy sales gimmicks.
