I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with this car dealership. The level of service we received was exceptional.

Our Sales representative Clive was an absolute pleasure to work with. He greeted us with keys in hand showing us our new car. Clive wanted to make sure the vehicle fit our criteria. Clive was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in ensuring that we left with the perfect car for us. Mr. Clive went above and beyond helping me setup all the things inside the car (by this time they had been closed for an hour). Clive stay with me and made sure Clive answered any questions I may have without rushing us out of the dealership. Clive even made sure i got the specific floor mats days later because the parts department was already closed he wasn’t only my sales person but we became friend & even recommended some products to me so I can keep my car looking ???? like it came off the show floor

The finance guy Greg made the financing process a breeze. He thoroughly explained all our options and made sure we understood every aspect of the financing agreement. And was so fast. Greg's professionalism and efficiency were truly impressive.

What really stood out to us was the family treatment we received throughout our entire experience. Every member of the team we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. They were not pushy at all, and everything they said was clear and easy to understand.

Overall, our experience with this dealership was nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Thank you to Clive, Greg, and the entire team for making our car buying experience truly exceptional!

From the onset, my point of contact, Johnathan Alvaraz, was incredibly helpful. Opting for a more modern approach, I utilized online resources to facilitate a quick and seamless process. Their website and communication methods were outstanding; I never once felt pressured during any part of the process.
The most impressive part of my experience was their adaptability and customer-focused service. Initially, my eyes were set on a Toyota Corolla LE, mainly for budgetary reasons. However, when they couldn't find a deal that matched my expectations, the team went above and beyond. To my surprise, they found a higher model, the Toyota Corolla SE Hybrid, and offered it to me at $2,000 lower than other dealerships had quoted for a lower model. This was an unexpected and delightful turn of events.
My positive experience continued in the finance department. The staff was friendly, professional, and, most importantly, not pushy. They provided a comprehensive and easy-to-understand breakdown of the extras I was interested in without any pressure to purchase additional items I didn't need.
Overall, the professionalism and customer service displayed by everyone at the dealership, from the sales team to the finance office, made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota to anyone purchasing a Florida vehicle.
