    I bought a New Car.. I really like my new KICKS, it gets 34 mpg in town... Fletcher has free coffee and donuts.. I traded in my old truck, and was given a fare price for it... My salesman was Zack and finance manager Roman... Very good people and dealership

    We searched for over three months for the right deal on a new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4. We live in the SW corner of Oklahoma and there are plenty of dealerships around us, just none that was willing to do a real business deal. Even though we were skeptical to do business again with the “Frank Fletcher” business after being lied to when we bought our last new vehicle, and given horrible customer service experience at the Subaru dealership, we went ahead and gave the the Jeep side a try. We emailed them and a salesman by the name of Seth got right back to me, and I told him what we were looking for and what we needed for our trade and within a week or so the deal was done. Once I got time to come to the dealership which was over 250 miles one way, our new Grand Cherokee was sitting in the showroom floor waiting for delivery. I spoke to Seth and his manager about the issues we had over at Subaru dealership and they told me that they would look into it. I also informed them, that I almost didn’t give them another try because of our last business transaction, but because of Seth he did a awesome job, we will send others. Great job Seth, you made the stress of buying a new suv easy.
