Great experience from start to finish. I was interested in a 25 Explorer St that wasn’t on the lot yet. Tom who was working with me, let me know when it arrived and the day it was ready to test. Great communication. As for the financial part of buying a vehicle, awesome and knowledgeable staff. Trade in was easy and great rates for a market with high rates. Purchased a new 2025 Explorer and have never had such a great car buying experience. I am deaf, but Toby Ireland made me feel both welcomed and appreciated in the Bow dealership. He took extra care to make sure that my questions were answered comfortably, even using voice transcription mode on his phone to ensure that we were on the same page (so to speak). ????
