Hats off to the collision shop manager at Bob Jeannotte, George Collins !! George was true to his word and super communicative throughout the process. He called me regularly and kept me up to speed as to the progress of my repair. Even with the heat and humidity we have been recently experiencing he made it happen, like he said he would !! I couldn't be happier with the repairs made by his team, and the customer service Geroge provided to make it happen. I have bought my Yukon's with the awesome help of Ray Calvin on the sales side, and now I've had an awesome experience on the repair side of Bob Jeannotte. Customer service is alive and well at Bob Jeannotte Collision !

Very Exceptional work! I was involved in a hit and run so my car was in the shop for a while but they kept me updated with my cars repairs every step of the way! The employees we also super friendly and persistent in making sure everything looked good and if I needed anything else. I highly recommend to anyone who needs body work done!

Kate was warm, welcoming and so helpful! George made sure the car was repaired perfectly and sent a Driver to bring me back to the Dealership. The communication was great and the people were very kind! Job well done to all!!
