M'Kai kept me informed of what was needed and explained the costs to me and what my options were. I also felt he was trying to get me the best price possible. I know I could go to another non-dealer repair shop and have the work done for less money, but to me it is worth the small additional cost to know I am getting the work done right. I never wonder if I am being overcharged at Patriot. Great service at a friendly and knowledgeable dealership.
Taken right away for my appointment time. Everyone very courteous. My car was inspected and I was on my way in a little more than 1 hour. The waiting area was clean & spacious, as was the restroom. Both were spotless! The complimentary Starbucks, muffins, danishes, water, juices, and treats for children were an added bonus & much appreciated. I use a cane to assist my walking and as I approached the door to enter, the receptionist (or whatever her title is) jumped up from her desk to open the door for me, and she did the same when I left. The barista offered to carry my drink & danish to my seat. Assistance wasn’t needed from either of them but just the fact that they wanted to help was awesome! The person I dealt with was amazing. He asked me about rewards and looked my account up and informed me that I had enough reward dollars to pay my entire bill, therefore I didn’t owe a cent!!
I was on vacation in PA, and my car gave me a message that my battery needed to be replaced in my key fob. I called, and the woman who answered was so friendly and sweet! She assured me I could come right in, and they'd take care of it. Once I pulled up , a nice gentleman opened the door and asked me how I could help. He walked me up to the service desk and rang a bell. He told me someone would come to the window to help me. I was not even standing there a full minute, and a friendly worker came to help me. After speaking with him, my key fob was done in just a few minutes. The gentleman even came out to my car to show me what I could do if the battery ever died completely. He even allowed me to buy a second battery to have on hand. The lady who took my payment at the end was friendly and kind. Before I left, I asked if the Starbucks stand was opened because I wanted to purchase something for my 3 kids. The gentleman who helped me said it was complimentary and free. I was shocked. I said, "Are you serious?" I have 3 kids! He said, "Yes! Feel free to have what you guys want." My kids enjoyed a snack and drink from the stand. It was a pleasant experience! I wish more GM dealership s were as friendly, helpful, and had a snack stand like this one for the kiddos. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would!
