They were not pushy, they were honest and upfront, there were no last minute additions or excessive pressure. This was the best car buying experience that anyone in my family has ever had. I brought my car in with check engine light on and fans running constantly and temp gauge staying at cold. Diagnosis occurred same day with parts ordered and repair completed following day. Oil change also performed when there. Following pick up next morning I saw the 3 screws holding down plastic engine cover were loose - tightened myself. Not enough of an issue to bring back to dealer. Been week since repairs car driving well and working as should. Appreciate that work was completed quickly.
