Great experience. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from 3 dealerships over the last 3 years. Acura of Springfield was hands down the best experience. My salesman “Jake” was informative, personable, and I found him very credible. The management on site was welcoming and they did everything they could to take care of me. I live in NWA and was able to iron out details of the deal before ever even driving onto the lot. I got a good price on the vehicle I purchased and a very fair price on my trade in. Bryan sent me a custom video detailing the suv he also sent details documents and answered all of my questions.
