We were very pleased with our experience at Ourisman Kia of Bethesda. Luis was friendly and helpful and low key enough that we actually enjoyed buying a new car. Everyone else was also eager to please, and competent and helpful. We purchased a Kia Soul which will be delivered to us tomorrow. I could have driven it out the door, but I wasn’t prepared to take it just yet and Luis is kindly delivering it to our house. This is by far the most enjoyable car driving experience I’ve encountered.
