We were very pleased with our experience at Ourisman Kia of Bethesda. Luis was friendly and helpful and low key enough that we actually enjoyed buying a new car. Everyone else was also eager to please, and competent and helpful. We purchased a Kia Soul which will be delivered to us tomorrow. I could have driven it out the door, but I wasn’t prepared to take it just yet and Luis is kindly delivering it to our house. This is by far the most enjoyable car driving experience I’ve encountered.

I bought a car at this dealership this past weekend and had a great experience! Ron and Ailym were both very helpful during the car buying process and after. The only thing I didn’t love was the time consuming part of going to see the actual car inventory as they are kept in a garage about a mile away. Other than that, I would recommend this dealership for your car buying needs.

My first experience with the Ourisman Kia service team was top notch! Kudos to Robert and Anton for being very receptive to what I needed for my vehicle. I was able to make an appointment easily online and they knew who I was as I walked in the door. The complementary  car cleaning is unlike anywhere I've ever been to have vehicles maintained. If you have a Kia in the surrounding DC/Bethesda area, this is a no-brainer. They actually care here.
