These guys are truly the greatest. My car had been out of commission for over a year and they were able to get it back up and running. My main contact was Caleb and he was amazing on all fronts. He was available to answer questions I had either over the phone or through our messaging portal. They have made me a life time customer and I will be going nowhere else for any service my car may need. At this point any Kia owner I see I am sending them to JT’s Kia of Rock Hill where the customer service and attention to detail are unlike any other.

Clayton C & Kelvin M (The Wonder Twins) were AWESOME to work with! We started the process remotely and worked through everything before I had to make the drive to the dealership. Once my family and I arrived we were warmly greeted and made to feel at home. Their laid back yet professional attitudes let you feel relaxed in what is usually a stressful situation. Their attention to detail made sure our experience went smoothly and without issue. The finance manager was awesome as well.. no over pressure sales tactics, just explained options and answered our questions. I purchased my 2022 Kia Forte GT Line at JTs Kia of Rock Hill, and I would give them higher than a 5 star if I could. I have purchased many cars and I have to say this was the best experience I have had! Aaron and Tim assisted us through the entire process. We actually did not plan on purchasing a car that day but as we were looking, we met Tim, and he was so nice and helpful I found my perfect car. I explained what I was looking for and withing minutes I had options to pick from and was able to compare them. Both of the salesmen were able to answer my questions and were friendly and did not pressure me at all. The entire process took less than three hours, and I was able to get the car I wanted and the payments that I needed. I have never been to a car dealership where I did not feel pressured to pay more money or have sales pitches thrown at me. Everyone is respectful and they allowed me to tell them what I could afford. They provide CarFax reports on their used cars and while we were waiting on finance, they continually checked on us to make sure we did not need anything such as water or coffee. Outstanding service. I have received a call from Aaron to check on how I like my new car and emails from the service department. It is really the small things that make a difference! Great job JTs Kia of Rock Hill!!!!
