These guys are truly the greatest. My car had been out of commission for over a year and they were able to get it back up and running. My main contact was Caleb and he was amazing on all fronts. He was available to answer questions I had either over the phone or through our messaging portal. They have made me a life time customer and I will be going nowhere else for any service my car may need. Clayton C & Kelvin M (The Wonder Twins) were AWESOME to work with! We started the process remotely and worked through everything before I had to make the drive to the dealership. Once my family and I arrived we were warmly greeted and made to feel at home. Their laid back yet professional attitudes let you feel relaxed in what is usually a stressful situation. Their attention to detail made sure our experience went smoothly and without issue. The finance manager was awesome as well.. no over pressure sales tactics, just explained options and answered our questions.

I purchased my 2022 Kia Forte GT Line at JTs Kia of Rock Hill, and I would give them higher than a 5 star if I could. I have purchased many cars and I have to say this was the best experience I have had! Aaron and Tim assisted us through the entire process. We actually did not plan on purchasing a car that day but as we were looking, we met Tim, and he was so nice and helpful I found my perfect car. I explained what I was looking for and withing minutes I had options to pick from and was able to compare them. Both of the salesmen were able to answer my questions and were friendly and did not pressure me at all.
The entire process took less than three hours, and I was able to get the car I wanted and the payments that I needed. I have never been to a car dealership where I did not feel pressured to pay more money or have sales pitches thrown at me. Everyone is respectful and they allowed me to tell them what I could afford. They provide CarFax reports on their used cars and while we were waiting on finance, they continually checked on us to make sure we did not need anything such as water or coffee. Outstanding service. I have received a call from Aaron to check on how I like my new car and emails from the service department. It is really the small things that make a difference!

Just bought a 2024 K5. I knew what I wanted and inquired about the availability of a specific color. Ray King called me back, I was clear that I didn’t want to spend a bunch of time on this and just wanted the best price out the door.

Ray called me back a few minute later with a great price and we agreed to do the deal.

I drove there the next day and was signed and out of there in about an hour. So painless. Great experience, Ray walked me through all of the features, got me signed up on the app and efficiently explained all the features.

There were no hidden costs, no pushy upselling, exact amount he said on the phone, in the piece of paper. This is the first time in my life I have experienced this.

Financing paperwork took only minutes and I was on my way. I was very happy that they listened to me and didn’t push their own agenda.  I got just what I wanted and nothing that I didn’t.

It was such a positive experience, I really want to start moving toward KIA for our other cars.  Great cars, great tech, efficient transactions.

Back at the beginning of march 2024 I had gotten my first car, a 2022 Kia Seltos, and honestly there isn’t enough characters in this to explain the amount of respect and gratitude I have for this place, my sales agent was Ray King and initially I was really nervous, it was my first car, and I didn’t really know what I wanted, and only had a few details about the type of vehicle I was looking for. Throughout my time at JT’s Kia, Ray had taken the time to get to know me, fun things liked to do, what I did for work, if I liked traveling, he was so personable and respectful, and made the whole experience a breeze, and without me even realizing he took all of those small details and found me a car I could’ve only dreamed of ! After putting all the pieces together he showed me a 2022 KIA Seltos, with a more that perfect price (out the door and monthly payment) as the first pick of the vehicles, and I immediately fell in love, we had tried looking at a few other SUV’s but nothing compared to his first pick, it was so spacious and had room for me and my husband (we are both very tall) as well as more than enough 2nd row seating room and trunk space, and I ultimately took it home, the process was made so easy to go through the paperwork and set up insurance, and made sure that everything was throughly explained and that I was comfortable every step of the way, If I ever need another vehicle, or am recommending a place to go for my friends or Family, it to go here and look for Ray!
