I drove the 20 miles up to Jackson Kia in response to a prize giveaway flier in the mail. I'm out of work due to a medical problem, so since I have time I would see if I won (I didn't) and to see if I had any chance buying a car. Michael Browning was my sales professional and did an excellent job learning the relevant details, my needs for a vehicle, and my ability to afford a new car. Given my circumstances, there was no way I would qualify for a new car, however Michael was able to find a car which was close to my stated ability to pay, and was also a very nice ride (older Lincoln, 100k + miles, all leather, well cared for, good car for someone my size. While the financing offered was beyond my means at this time, I appreciated how Michael really seemed to work to meet my needs. Asked poignant questions, really explored my options, and I believe if I had the means I would have bought that car because of the genuine effort he put in. The sales floor was tidy and the cars displayed were representative of the new car inventory. The music was energetic without being overwhelming. There were two sales celebrations in the time I was there. Michael took me on a test drive after a quick but thorough overview of the car's amenities. He encouraged me to push the car to ensure I was satisfied with how it ran and handled. I got a good sense of the vehicle based on the ride we took. The sales manager ensured that I had been well taken care of by Michael, checked if there were some change to the offered deal that could make me change my mind, and when I clearly stated that I could not buy at that time, he politely shook my hand and invited me back when I was ready to buy. A very positive experience compared to other dealers I've seen. In short, I wished I could have bought that car because of Michael's efforts and the positive vibe I got from Jackson Kia. I encouraged Michael to keep me in his tickler file so when I'm ready I can give him my business.

I came over to Jackson Kia because they had the exact trim line and color of new Telluride that we wanted. DeMarcus did a great job with the deal and I never felt pressured from him nor from the other folks who helped me out. The delivery process was first class…Tony and DeMarcus made sure I was comfortable with all the upgrades to this new model and went over EVERYTHING! It was definitely worth the drive over to Cocoa!

Rickie, Chip, and Jose from finance helped me SOOO much getting a car thats affordable and within my monthly budget! They are super easy to work with and so helpful with explaining everything in great detail! This is my first car thats 100% under my name for the first time and its such a great feeling ? They do not disappoint. Thank you so much!
