I drove the 20 miles up to Jackson Kia in response to a prize giveaway flier in the mail. I'm out of work due to a medical problem, so since I have time I would see if I won (I didn't) and to see if I had any chance buying a car.
Michael Browning was my sales professional and did an excellent job learning the relevant details, my needs for a vehicle, and my ability to afford a new car. Given my circumstances, there was no way I would qualify for a new car, however Michael was able to find a car which was close to my stated ability to pay, and was also a very nice ride (older Lincoln, 100k + miles, all leather, well cared for, good car for someone my size.
While the financing offered was beyond my means at this time, I appreciated how Michael really seemed to work to meet my needs. Asked poignant questions, really explored my options, and I believe if I had the means I would have bought that car because of the genuine effort he put in.
The sales floor was tidy and the cars displayed were representative of the new car inventory. The music was energetic without being overwhelming. There were two sales celebrations in the time I was there.
Michael took me on a test drive after a quick but thorough overview of the car's amenities. He encouraged me to push the car to ensure I was satisfied with how it ran and handled. I got a good sense of the vehicle based on the ride we took.
The sales manager ensured that I had been well taken care of by Michael, checked if there were some change to the offered deal that could make me change my mind, and when I clearly stated that I could not buy at that time, he politely shook my hand and invited me back when I was ready to buy. A very positive experience compared to other dealers I've seen.
In short, I wished I could have bought that car because of Michael's efforts and the positive vibe I got from Jackson Kia. I encouraged Michael to keep me in his tickler file so when I'm ready I can give him my business.

DeMarcus did a great job with the deal and I never felt pressured from him nor from the other folks who helped me out. I was coming in from out of town, and Jose, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful over the phone — patient, transparent, and willing to work with me before I even arrived. He was responsive, professional and flexible in helping me organize everything in advance. My sales consultant, Noah went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Before my visit, he sent me detailed videos and images of the car I was interested in, walked me through every feature, and had the vehicle detailed and ready for when I arrived. When a last-minute personal work fire drill forced me to reschedule, he was so kind and accommodating in setting up a new appointment for the following morning.
