2026 Kia K4 EX AT Hatchback

I wish I could give more stars. By the time my search for a car had led me to Regal, I was pretty distraught that I couldn't find financing or a low down payment. I'd just had an awful run with a buy-here/pay-here hot mess. I'd poured all my money into something that inevitably died. I needed something easy and quick and reliable, but my options were limited. I think I talked to everyone all over Lakeland, and really, I was looking for something used, because I'd take what I could get. I'd been blown off by some other big name dealerships when I explained my financial situation, but not here. The first person to really listen, to take what I had to work with and use it to its fullest extent was Ian B. from Regal Kia. We talked via text, email, and sporadic phone calls all day, and at the end of that day, he called me and said, "I got you." And he did! Not with a used car, but something brand new. I'm pretty sure he did everything he could to get it done, but between Ian and Felipe they went to battle for me. Huge thanks to those two. You were amazing and kind and understanding. And the only regret I have is not contacting you guys sooner. Big thanks to Ian and Felipe.

Super pleased with the customer service at this location. Everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with was excellent. Pablo was my salesperson and continues to support when I text him random questions as the pop up with my new vehicle. Almost two weeks after I purchased my car, I went back to the dealer to talk about some accessories (mats, cargo tray). Chris" (GM) customer service was top notch and definitely went above and beyond for me.

My salesman Alberto was wonderful, and patient got my family a great deal i’m so happy with my family car. I want to thank Alberto at Regal Kia of Bartow was very thoughtful, made sure I was comfortable, and I drove out of there with my new 2024 car!!.
