Jordan provided incredibly warm service during both the viewing and pickup stages, going above and beyond to assist me in coordinating inspection appointments with the mechanic. Without fail, Rahal BMW goes above and beyond to exceed expectations at every visit. From the valets to the managers, everyone is extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service department is amazing and has reasonable service packages for maintenance. Travis is my service advisor for both of my vehicles and always makes the process easy. I am extremely impressed that he recognizes me and addresses me by name even if I don’t have an appointment. Hats off to the entire team, they deserve recognition for their dedication and quality work!
