The best experience I've had with a dealership! Moe was phenomenal and I'm grateful I made the decision to go with the Mazda of South Charlotte team. He's personable, enjoyable to meet with. His customer service was truly above and beyond and I walked away happy with both my investment and my experience. Friendly staff. Transparent communication. Easy conversation, with no pressure. Had found the vehicle I wanted prior, the team was receptive and was able to lock us in at the rate we desired. Angel a senior associate was a great help as well. Angel ensured we were comfortable with the information presented, before moving forward. Although a little understaffed and busier than usual on a Sunday afternoon, the team at South Charlotte pulled together a sense of urgency to ensure our vehicle was gased up and interior extra clean, as we finished up necessary documentation. All in all we will be returning for our next trade in.
