Friendly staff. Transparent communication. Easy conversation, with no pressure. Had found the vehicle I wanted prior, the team was receptive and was able to lock us in at the rate we desired. Angel a senior associate was a great help as well. Angel ensured we were comfortable with the information presented, before moving forward. Although a little understaffed and busier than usual on a Sunday afternoon, the team at South Charlotte pulled together a sense of urgency to ensure our vehicle was gased up and interior extra clean, as we finished up necessary documentation. All in all we will be returning for our next trade in.

I picked the car I wanted from their site, I went and test drove it, and in less than 3 hours, it was mine and I was driving home. The sales rep I had was excellent, answered all my question, the financing guy was awesome made sure I had all the coverages for the car I would need. I would buy here again absolutely. Great atmosphere and not pushy whatsoever. I worked with Neal to get the car I wanted and he helped every step of the way and was very transparent in every process. If you go through Mazda I’d highly recommend him as your sales person. He was not pushy and very understanding of the wallet. Hunter was also spectacular at getting things moving quickly and very good at explaining all those dreaded signatures. Greats guys & great place!
