**Edit: After working with Bebs and Service they gave me a loaner and offered to fix the vehicle. The service department was super helpful and Bebs and the service manager helped to rectify the situation. They were attentive and and understood my concerns. I appreciate that they were willing to help Went in to purchase a Mazda6 this last weekend. Took delivery of the vehicle, after a couple days of days I went to wash the car by hand and noticed that a full piece of trim just isn’t even installed on car. Upon further inspection, the car was also missing its spare tire jack. After speaking with the dealership and they acknowledged they didn’t even notice that the trim was missing. Makes me feel unsafe to drive the vehicle as I wonder what else they missed on the car. They want to charge upwards of 300$ for the piece of the skirt that was clearly missed when they inspected the car. I guess selling a whole car isn’t profitable so they sell it in pieces. Really disappointed in my experience with this dealership.

Kourtney is exceptional! My husband is in sales and she is not pushy at all. She answered all the questions we had with no hesitation! She made us feel super comfortable! Bebs in accessories was a doll. She helped us get our car customized and was very nice. John in finance was super helpful with the custom package that worked best for us. He even followed up to let us know about a special he was able to snag us to make the payment lower. Overall,this was the best experience my husband and I ever had!

Every time we come here it’s a great experience! Purchased our vehicle with Tim, he is just the best. Super knowledgeable and friendly, got us what we wanted for a fair price. Whenever I call them with questions or visit for a service I get treated really well by the staff from every single department. We car shopped at several dealerships in the area and this one was far and away the best.

Suggested for you
