I had a really nice experience at Pacifico Mazda when taking my car for service. Staff kept me updated on the status of my car. They were very very kind. I really appreciated the video the service person made about my car (including provided and recommended service). The whole process was very smooth and efficient. Would go back and would recommend to others. I was also able to get a free car wash with the coupon they provided me!

I needed a tire removed from a damaged rim, put on a newly purchased rim, and then balanced and remounted onto my car. I arrived for my scheduled 8AM appointment on time. Upon entering the service office I was immediately engaged by a service staff member. He quicky confirmed my appointment, name, model car and the nature of the work to be performed. He confirmed that I was going to wait for my car and then confirmed a contact number to reach me in the event I left the waiting area. The service staff member was completely professional in all aspects of his job performance. He was fully prepared to take possession of my car, which was moved into a service bay within 10 minutes of my arrival. I couldn’t have asked for a more efficient service process as performed by this staff member.
