Purchased a beautiful brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue at Matthew’s Nissan! Began the process online through the buy @ home program. Shortly after Darryl from sales reached out to me and assisted me on the finance process from the comfort of my own home! After sending in all the requested documents to Darryl about an hour later he sent me a few different options to go with my monthly payments and APR. Once I gave Darryl the go ahead on the deal I wanted he sent it over to finance. Melody from Finance reached out to me shortly afterwards to go over extra warranty options and provide me a couple of different options and what my new monthly payment would be after. I chose which one I wanted for that added peace of mind, it was an amazing deal! Melody then sent me docs to sign over email and then I was ready to pick up my new vehicle!!! I got my amazing college vehicle from here and had the best service. If you are interested in looking I highly recommend talking to Sam Morris. He not only helped me at the dealership he drove an hour away to come get my old car I was trading in. He will make you laugh and isn’t one of those super Annoying car salesmen like most are. He is also very good a working with price ranges.

This was honestly one of the easiest major purchases I’ve ever made. My salesperson, Sam, anticipated my every need and made the whole process simple and easy! He introduced me to all the staff before I left and showed me around so that I will be comfortable and confident when I return to have my car serviced.
