The process was actually very painless. I would highly recommend Granite Subaru. They took care of me and I didn't feel pressured or like I was being sold anything. They were accommodating and put on my pedal extenders for me. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience.

I had an excellent experience at Granite Subaru service last week. Starting with a warm welcome from my new service advisor who kept me abreast of an issue that popped up during inspection. The rotors were showing signs of rust which was covered under warranty so they were repaired which required a longer appointment. No problem, i waited in the new customer lounge and took advantage of the body massage chairs and specialty coffee machine. I left feeling safe and secure in the knowledge my car was taken care of until the next oil change. This was by far the best experience with an auto service department. Kudos to Granite Subaru and their great staff!

Josh Jordan was our sales man and what a pleasure he is. Super friendly, and immediately puts you at ease. We bought 2 cars within weeks and are thrilled with our purchases.
