I had an excellent experience at Granite Subaru service last week. Starting with a warm welcome from my new service advisor who kept me abreast of an issue that popped up during inspection. The rotors were showing signs of rust which was covered under warranty so they were repaired which required a longer appointment. No problem, i waited in the new customer lounge and took advantage of the body massage chairs and specialty coffee machine. I left feeling safe and secure in the knowledge my car was taken care of until the next oil change. This was by far the best experience with an auto service department. Kudos to Granite Subaru and their great staff!

My latest service visit at Granite Subaru was great.  I had to leave my car to get some brake work, tire replacement and detailing done.  The service representative, Cassie, was friendly and helpful.  They gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was in the shop.  The dealership is pet friendly, and on a previous visit, I believe it was Cassie who help me get my dachshund‘s ball out from under a vending machine in the waiting room—going the extra mile.  I’ve purchased several vehicles from Granite Subaru over the years, and always found the staff, both in sales and service, to always be friendly and helpful.  Their customer waiting area is clean and bright—plenty of natural lighting…and as I already mentioned pet friendly.

My new vehicle had its first maintenance service yesterday, after 6 months on the road.  It went great, cost a reasonable amount and was complete within an hour.
