Jonathan Rodríguez was the salesman you want to go with, he will work hard with you in order to get the car you want, I came in on July 1st to checkout a 2016 Lexus RC350 and loved it on the spot, he did everything he could to make the process as smooth and fast as possible . I’m super happy with the car thank you Jonathan
Carr goes the extra mile based on my experience over several years. Good old fashioned fair treatment from their service department. I highly recommend.
Our Forester was hit from behind by a distracted, uninsured driver from another state. The criteria for repair was three-fold. We wanted to be sure the car was repaired with genuine manufacturer parts; meet the manufacturer's highest standards for repairs (yes, they exist); and repaired at a AAA Approved repair facility. The Forester receives regular maintenance at Carr Subaru, so the decision for repair work was almost a foregone conclusion. We are extremely satisfied with the results. My only criticism would be: Please give regular status updates regarding the repair cycle to the vehicle's owner. Phone, e-mail, or text messages should be a low impact solution to keeping the owner in the loop, relative to expected finish date/time.
