Michael K was a pleasure to work with and made buying a new Subaru Outback a breeze. I definitely will be a returning customer. The new Outback is everything I could ask for in a car and can't wait for the first road trip this weekend. I would rate this 4.5 stars but did a 5-star A) because I can't do 4.5 star and B) because I failed to verify that a trickle charger was included in the winterization previous to purchase. On the phone I was told of the option of the trickle charger, and let my preference be known. It would have been a solid 5 stars if the salesman told me that the battery heater was installed not the trickle charger. Instead, my preference of the trickle charger was forgotten, and I left the lot with a battery heater in place of the trickle charger, not to be discovered until the following Monday. At which point they offered the trickle charger installation for $199. The salesman is working on getting this remedied (not to the price of $199) and I hope I can post an awesome follow up review, to include the solid 5-star rating. Kendall Subaru is awesome!! Keep up the good work. And people if you know what's good for you, buy Subaru at Kendall.
Will Ray was an excellent salesperson. Dave who I bought my last car from was very pleasant when I came into pickup my plates. He insisted on going out and putting the plate on my car.
