Everyone at Subaru Concord was great. From walking in being greeted right away with smiles. We were helped by Paulie Mcnaught who was phenomenal. I can not say enough great things about Paulie. From start to finish this was the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership. We appreciate him working with us and going over all details thoroughly. Paulie was knowledgeable and kind. Best car buying experience I have ever had! I had been researching Subaru's and reached out through the website to get a quote late one evening. Earl promptly got back to me the next morning with a quote and was prepared to answer any questions I had. No pressure at all. After exchanging emails and a phone call to work out a few details, he let me know that I would be working with Paulie in sales. Paulie called me a few minutes later to introduce himself and find a time that worked for us to come in and purchase the car. We pulled in the next morning at 10am and Paulie was waiting outside for us. Great experience with him all the way through! Lastly, we met with Kevin in Finance and this is an area that sets this dealership apart. I have purchased four new cars in my life and this was by far the best experience with any finance department. No games, no odd numbers out of left field, and no pressure. He covered everything with clarity and efficiency. I don't care if you're in the market for a Subaru or not, if you are buying a car, go to Subaru Concord!
