Michael let me test drive and wasn’t trying to sell me one way or another, rather gave me all the facts I needed about the Outback wilderness. When I came back to purchase (fell in love with the OBW) he made the process quick and easy and was willing to advocate for some upgrades to the management team for me. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Superb customer service! Clean and comfortable waiting area. My experience with dealerships normally is they take hours on end just for an oil change. Not the case at here! Just over an hour for oil change, fluid topping, tire pressure adjustment and putting on my cross bars! They even sent me a video of what they did!
