Kudos to friendly staffs most especially to Cameron. He patiently assist us in test drive and paper works. Thank you Subaru Rockwall for my baby named Winter Bliss ??. We are so happy with the purchase.

If you're in the market for a Subaru, new or used, I highly recommend Norm Reeves Subaru. They offer great customer service and a streamlined process that made trading in my old car for a new Subaru seamless. I worked with Devon and he couldn't be nicer. Very genuine and helpful.

I went to purchase my car in December 2023, and of course expected the games of most dealerships. It’s important to note my family had recently also purchased another vehicle approximately 3 months prior so the experience was still fresh in my mind. I met with Cameron, who put up with all my early morning antics of comparing the Crosstrek and the Ascent and was so friendly and honest through the decision making process. My main focus was one safety features, as I had been in several bad accidents in my life and he eased my concerns by telling a few personal stories regarding their safety and how each function was set up to work. I had driven several Suburus recently and wanted my dad to test drive the car to confirm my thoughts and Cameron was totally on board, and even spent the time we were stuck due to a local parade in Rockwall laughing and joking. I made my decision and got ready for the games of the purchase, only for Cameron and his team to be completely transparent about the price, the interest rate, the payments and all the add-ons available. He answered all my questions confidently and let me spend time with the math to determine the best option for me and took no for an answer on specific add-ons while also talking me through and answering the questions for others. When I went to finish the financing piece with another member of his team (I don’t remember his name, I’m sorry) I was met with the exact same experience. There was a few errors I noticed on the paperwork and he corrected them (or me, when it was something I misunderstood) quickly and accurately without gaslighting me into thinking it was something I had agreed to. I started the process at 9am and had expected to be there the entire day, but I was out of the building with the keys to my new car by noon. This experience solidified the type of vehicle I will continue to purchase, and the location I will purchase it from as long as I’m able.
