2025 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward

Great experience from a dealership. I found the car I wanted online and coming from another state 500 miles away can sometimes be a hassle. David was my sales person and above all else the communication was fantastic. We worked on the price and I put down a deposit to pick the car up in 8 days. The car was just as described and maybe better! The process was fast and easy and would definitely do business with them again. Ask for David and you will be very well taken care of.

I came in about 2 weeks ago looking for an SUV after my daughter totaled my car. The situation that brought me in was certainly was not ideal but Mitch and the manager (sorry I forgot his name) were absolutely wonderful. They were up front with me on pricing and what they can do to help. They were personable and understanding and truly made an uncomfortable situation for me much more enjoyable. The fact that the manager came out alone was extra special. Not knowing what kind of car I wanted, I just about visited every dealership within a 15 mile radius of where I live. Smithtown Cheverolet was the only place where I felt like they didnâ??t play games when it came to pricing, the manager actually showed his face and came out to sit with Mitch and I as we discussed the car. That alone says a lot about the dealership. My experience there was great and actually memorable. I wish the other dealers took notes from you. I wound up being able to get a car from a family member so all my worries about buying a new car have dissipated however I wanted you to know your customer service was absolutely top notch. Way above the rest! Thank you for taking the time to make a not so pleasant trip to the car dealer a great one.

My wife and I met with with James, who was very thorough with introducing us to Chevrolet. He was extremely personable and did not pressure us into the purchase. He asked for the sale at the appropriate time and we would consider purchasing our next vehicle in 2 months from him as well. Donna Catapano, also provided us a great experience.
