So far, I’ve been very happy with the service since Fred Bean’s took over the Abington Honda dealership. It’s something of a return to the past days of the friendly, prompt and thorough service Sussman provided before the first sale of the business, and it’s great to see that back in place. Both for a scheduled service visit (inspections, oil change and routine maintenance) and an unscheduled drop-off when I experienced an issue with the car, the service was completed promptly, with a full and detailed explanation of what the technicians found and the options available to me. Even beyond what actually needed attention, they outlined what is in good shape and what I could expect in the future. While no one wants to need unplanned service when a car abruptly “conks out.” But I feel good knowing that if I’m near home, and it happens again someday, I can get a fair assessment and thorough work from the service department at Fred Bean’s.

I went in for an inspection, I was told I would be there 2-3 hours. I arrived at 11:40am and I was out by 1pm. They communicated so well with me every step of the way, letting me know where I was throughout the whole process. I appreciated that. They also at the end signed me up with their rewards program where I get points towards my services. I am a satisfied customer.

I recently had my car serviced at Fred Beans Abington and felt compelled to share my experience. I’ve been a loyal customer since the days of Sussman Honda, which always provided exceptional service. However, after the ownership changed, I noticed a significant decline in communication and customer service, and the wait times became increasingly frustrating. I had a particularly disappointing experience with one of the workers, and Mike stepped in to resolve the issue. He was incredibly patient, took the time to listen to my concerns, and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. His professional and empathetic approach reassured me and restored my confidence in the dealership. Now under Fred Beans' ownership, I’m pleased to say that I continue to receive the same level of respect and quality service that I experienced in the past with Sussman Honda.
