So far, I’ve been very happy with the service since Fred Bean’s took over the Abington Honda dealership. It’s something of a return to the past days of the friendly, prompt and thorough service Sussman provided before the first sale of the business, and it’s great to see that back in place.

Both for a scheduled service visit (inspections, oil change and routine maintenance) and an unscheduled drop-off when I experienced an issue with the car, the service was completed promptly, with a full and detailed explanation of what the technicians found and the options available to me. Even beyond what actually needed attention, they outlined what is in good shape and what I could expect in the future.

While no one wants to need unplanned service when a car abruptly “conks out.” But I feel good knowing that if I’m near home, and it happens again someday, I can get a fair assessment and thorough work from the service department at Fred Bean’s.
