I’m pleasantly surprised to have found a dealership/ service dept that is an actual ethical company. I typically do my own service work but sometimes I need a full service dept. So I was in the process of buying a pre-owned Honda Clarity at a non- Honda dealership. They were certified in manipulation and thievery. It was the most unpleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had, but it’s a rare car and I wanted to make it happen. From my experience, many mechanics are either incompetent at diagnosing issues, or are ready to rip you off. Anyway, the Clarity was making a sound that warranted a checkup before finalizing the purchase. I brought it in, Craig was my service advisor. He was very professional and accommodating, says he’s been with Honda for awhile. IDK if Honda has a certain customer service model in place or if it’s just this dealership but they are incredibly welcoming and listen to everything you have to say with attention. The technician, Pete, took the car for a drive and reported that the front drivers side rotor needed to be resurfaced. Note that he did not report that all of the rotors were compromised. They asked if I wanted the job done today and I declined, because I still hadn’t fully purchased the car. I asked how much I owe for the diagnosis, they said $0. WOW! Now, I need to gain a dealers trust, especially after being through what I have. So after buying the car I decided to inspect the rotor myself and noticed that the back side had some rough rust and salt corrosion. (The car is from NJ according to Carfax). For the sake of due diligence, I went ahead and resurfaced the rotor myself just to see if it was actually the cause of the bad sound. Sure enough the car is now silent! So they were spot on. This is my first hybrid so I am learning how they work. They could’ve told me that the regen brakes needed to be replaced or that a bearing was going out in the engine and tried to charge me thousands. And yeah that kind of thing has happened to me multiple times, just to get charged for an expensive repair that I later found out wasn’t the source of the problem at all. I cannot thank you enough guys, you have definitely earned a lifetime customer. In fact I will shop here first for my next car just because I know that I can trust them. They’re both honest and ethical. Cheers ????

We went to this dealership today looking for the new Honda Ridgeline. We were greeted within minutes of arriving by Miguel. He took us for a drive in the Ridgeline and we fell in love with it. The entire process was seamless to purchase thanks to Miguel. Would highly recommend if you’re in search of a Honda!
