2026 Acura RDX A-Spec w/ Advance Package SH-AWD

Just had another great experience with the maintenance dept at Pohanka Mercedes. We’ve purchased 8 cars there between me and just my immediate family and we’ve only had excellent experiences from sale to maintenance to trade and purchase again. It’s such a different experience to trust a car dealership 100%.

From the time me and my wife entered Pohanka Ford of Salisbury we were greeted by Rico who was so polite, caring to our every need, knowledgeable, understanding and ultimately treated us like we were family. He worked his butt off to get us the best deal and ultimately succeeded. Hailey Toadvine worked her magic also with helping us to get financed and approved. Rico even today went out of his way to bring me the old registration from the vehicle we traded in to me at my job this afternoon so I could return it with the tags to DMV. Now he didn't have to do that but Rico said I gotcha brother. Rico is a great asset to the Pohanka Group here in Salisbury Md. I will in the future recommend to all my friends and family to call Rico up to get you taken care of like family. I consider him a brother for life. In the past, we bought a Ford which was a great transaction. Today, sold my car today, Nick and team were great. They did not waste my time, did nog haggle, they beat carvana. Again, very professional and time saving transaction, will do business again. 5*
