From the time me and my wife entered Pohanka Ford of Salisbury we were greeted by Rico who was so polite, caring to our every need, knowledgeable, understanding and ultimately treated us like we were family. Rico even today went out of his way to bring me the old registration from the vehicle we traded in to me at my job this afternoon so I could return it with the tags to DMV.
